Ajit Singh-led RLD releases list of 20 candidates for UP polls 2017

Lucknow: Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) on Friday released another list of 20 candidates for the Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls 2017.

The list was released by RLD national president Ajit Singh at the party office here.

Targeting the ruling Samajwadi Party, Ajit Singh said, "The government has ditched the farmers by not fulfilling any of the promises made before the 2012 Assembly elections in the state."

Blaming the SP government for lack of jobs in the state, the RLD chief said, "The youngsters of the state are still jobless," adding, "The youths and farmers should come together to form a government which really wants to work for them."

RLD had so far announced list of 63 candidates out of a total of 403 seats for the UP Assembly polls 2017.
