New Delhi: Congress President Rahul Gandhi did Priya Prakash Varrier and finally got the time in the Parliament which he had been asking for since long.

He had been threatening to bring an earthquake is he is allowed to speak for 15 minutes in front of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Though, earthquake didn't come despite his 38-minute speech, but he, to a shock to Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), gave a 'warm hug' to his political rival Modi in Lok Sabha.

He, however, kept taunting the BJP leadership and PM Modi during his speech. "I do not have any hatred or hostile feelings for you or your party. You might hate me and call me 'Pappu', but I still love you because I am Congress," he stated.

Subsequently, he went to PM's chair and gave him a hug. Initially, PM could not understand what was happening but soon he also gave the same response to the Congress scion.

The 'hug' apparently was pre-determined as after returning to his seat, Rahul winked to someone in the Parliament, like he was trying to convey 'mission accomplished'.

Through this wink, Rahul Gandhi is likely to surpass Priya Prakash Varrier who grabbed overnight nationwide success just by a wink in a south Indian song.
