Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje’s chopper makes emergency landing

Jaipur: Chief Minister of Rajasthan Vasundhara Raje’s helicopter on Wednesday made an emergency landing at ‘73’ village in Rajsamand district of the state while the CM was en route to Sirohi.

“The CM’s chopper took off at 1030 hours from Jaipur and had to make an emergency landing in an open field after an hour owing to unfavorable weather conditions,” said CM’s press advisor Mahendra Bharadwaj and added, “everyone is safe”.

Other highlights:

  • The CM was accompanied by her staff members in the helicopter journey.
  • The CM was travelling to Sirohi, 416kms from Jaipur.
  • According to a police control room official, senior police official and district administration reached the spot soon after the emergency landing.
