New Delhi: Instant messaging giant WhatsApp will soon roll out a new reply feature which will enable users to quote somebody’s message while replying to them. The new feature will be useful to address specific users during group chats.
How it will work?
- Users need to select a specific message
- A new reply box will open just below it
- Type the message in and tap on reply button
Users can also reply with photos and videos along with simple text messages.
WhatsApp is also planning to bring in video calling feature to compete with the video calling app Skype. The feature would work for both android and iOS users.
