IndvsWI, 1st T20: Windies posts 245 runs after 20 overs

Fort Lauderdale: West Indies has given a huge target of 246 runs to the Indian team in 20 overs following a quick-fire ton by the opener Evin Lewis in the first Cricket T20 of the two-match series on Saturday at Central Broward Regional Park Stadium in Florida of USA.

Lewis scored rapid 100 runs in just 49 deliveries hitting nine sixes and five boundaries.

Johnson Charles also played his part by hitting 79 runs off just 39 balls with seven sixes and six fours.

Chris Gayle did not play the game due to injury, is not missed by the Windies in the presence of Lewis.

For India, Ravindra Jadeja and Jasprit Bumrah bagged 2 wicket each.

Earlier, India dropped Shikhar Dhawan making place for Lokesh Rahul in the playing eleven.
