Panaji: Appealing the people of coastal state to vote for Congress, the party Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Friday said that strict action would be taken against Goa party leaders accused of Corruption once his party comes to power.

Gandhi was addressing a public rally in South Goa Margao town, located about 40 kms from here.

What Rahul Gandhi said?

  • We will give a shining Goa free of corrupt practices in five years.
  • It would take just two minutes to act on corrupt leaders.
  • The whole of India is in trouble under the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance government at the Centre.
  • The condition is no different in Goa under the rule of BJP-led coalition government.
  • Land, casino and unemployment issues are rampant in the tourists state.
  • Congress, if comes to power in the state, will work for poor and common man.
