Uttar Pradesh cabinet okays proposal to slash CNG prices

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is charing his second cabinet meeting on Tuesday. It is expected that 'Metro Rail Project' for Gorakhpur and 'Power For All' schemes among others may be passed by the Yogi cabinet.

The meeting will begin at the Lok Bhawan at 1100 hours, today. Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma, who is not in the city, will not attend the meeting.

Yogi cabinet may also bring ordinance for farmers and especially sugarcane farmers. A discussion over new mining laws is likely to take place during the meeting.

The BJP government is also likely to get a Cabinet nod for removal of the word Samajwadi from all the previous schemes of the Samajwadi Party government.
