Lucknow: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath-led Uttar Pradesh government on Sunday transferred 141 PPS officers, hoping to uplift the poor law and order situation across the state.
Earlier in the day on Sunday, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government had also transferred 222 PCS officers. This is the biggest administrative reshuffle in the state since Yogi Adityanath took over the reins from former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav.
