Kaushambi: Cash currency worth Rs 20 lakhs was gutted in the fire that broke out in the ATM of State Bank of India in Ajhua area on Monday.
The reason behind the fire could not be ascertained immediately. Fire tenders were pressed into the service to douse flames. Officials put the total loss at about Rs 50 lakh.
Probe was on, sources said.
