UP govt transfers 20 IAS officers; Navneet Sehgal, Anita Singh in waiting

Lucknow: In the first senior level administrative reshuffle, Uttar Pradesh government, on Wednesday, transferred about 20 IAS officers which included many tainted officers of the Akhilesh Yadav regime.

Mritunjay Kumar Narayan is the new Secretary to the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Avinash Awasthi now holds all the portfolios held by Navneet Sehgal as Principal Secretary, while the latter has been kept in the waiting list.

Anita Singh, Dimple Verma and Rama Raman also have been kept in the waiting list.
