UP CS Singhal instructs officers to change their working style

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Secretary Deepak Singhal has passed the orders to his officers to change their working style.

The 1982 batch senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer held a meeting with his subordinates on late Saturday evening and instructed them to change their working style.

No file should be kept pending in the office for more than three days.

Stern actions would be taken against the officers if files are not moved within the given time limit.

He has also instructed the officers to complete the departmental works first.
