Deoria: The Khat Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi sat on to hold discussions here on different issues concerning farmers was looted on Tuesday along with many others.
Rahul, who launched a 25-day kisan padyatra from here in Uttar Pradesh, later addressed a rally. The incident had taken place before and during the rally.
When Rahul entered the rally, people started looting khats. More than 15,000 khats were hired for the rally, according to a party worker.
Many Khats were broken before Rahul arrived.
