Islamabad: Mumbai Bombings mastermind and chief of Jamaat-ud-Dawah (JuD) – Pakistan’s terror outfit – Hafiz Saeed on Wednesday led the Eid-ul-Fitr namaz (prayers) in Lahore where he tried to drive a large gathering into a frenzy of rage.
“United States (US) as well as India is signing agreements against our country (Pak) and this is definitely an indication of a big war. I urge all Muslims to stand united and shoulder to shoulder to fight against the infidels,” said the Laskar-e-Tayiba (LeT) founder while addressing the gathering at Gaddafi Stadium of the Pakistani city.
Other highlights:
- Saeed, in his speech, condemned the recent terror attack in Saudi Arabia and said it was planned by foreigners to destabilise the Muslim world.
- A large score of people offered namaz behind the LeT founder amid tight security.
- Police personnel as well as members of JuD security wing were deployed within and outside the stadium.
- Saeed has been leading the namaz of Eid at the stadium since last many years.
