Kairana (Muzaffarnagar): The eight- member probe team of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) led by legislature party leader Suresh Khanna has reached Kairana to enquire into the matter of alleged exodus of Hindu families from this area of western Uttar Pradesh.
The probe team comprising former UP Director General of Police (DGP) Brijlal, MP Satyapal Singh, Raghav Lakhanpal, Rajendra Agarwal and others reached the farmhouse of Hukum Singh on Wednesday evening.
The team would be visiting every house that had been the victim of alleged atrocity.
Senior party leader Raghav Ratanpal here claimed that people are constantly migrating from Kairana while Suresh Rana, another BJP leader Suresh Rana said that Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav should visit Kairana to know the reality.
