Passing the order, chief justice Dilip B. Bhosle also directed the police to take two other accused into custody forthwith.
The state government mentioned before the court that the petition should be taken on Friday itself as it was very serious matter. It was pleaded by govt lawyer that the bail to Gayatri was granted without considering the correct facts and circumstances on April 25, 2017. However ,Gayatri was not released from as jail as police sought his judicial remand in two other cases which was allowed.
The HC in an unusual order not only directed that the bail order of April 25 be kept in abeyance but also directed the police to take two other accused Vikas and Pintu in custody. The court posted the matter for next hearing after two months.
