Petition filed in SC against disparity in pension benefits to armed forces

New Delhi: A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court urging the removal of discrepancies. Behavior of discrimination in pension benefits of Armed Forces personnel. The petition said that every Armed Forces personnel under the Home Ministry wants to get pension under the old scheme.
