Petition filed in SC against disparity in pension benefits to armed forces

New Delhi: A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court urging the removal of discrepancies. Behavior of discrimination in pension benefits of Armed Forces personnel. Pension for Armed Forces Personnel:

The petition said that every Armed Forces personnel under the Home Ministry wants to get pension under the old scheme. The Central Government is not taking any action, "and thus discriminating against the Armed Forces under the Home Ministry. This is happening while the forces under both the Ministry of Home and Defense are the armed forces of the center. The work of the armed forces under the Ministry of Home Affairs is in no way inferior to the armed forces under the Ministry of Defense.
