Navy chopper makes an emergency landing in Goa

The Navy spokesperson said, "A Naval Chetak Helicopter (CH 418) has carried out an emergency landing at Hotel Lalit, about 60 km South of Goa, due to engine oil leak. All safe. A team ex Hansa has been dispatched for assistance." The spokesperson stated that the chopper was on routine sortie and the emergency landing was carried out as a precautionary measure

Panaji: An Indian Navy helicopter had to make an emergency landing at a hotel in Goa after oil leakage was detected in it. The officials have confirmed that all the persons aboard were safe.

The Navy spokesperson said, "A Naval Chetak Helicopter (CH 418) has carried out an emergency landing at Hotel Lalit, about 60 km South of Goa, due to engine oil leak. All safe. A team ex Hansa has been dispatched for assistance."

The spokesperson stated that the chopper was on routine sortie and the emergency landing was carried out as a precautionary measure.
