Rohtak: Rape convict Gurmeet Singh, who is serving 20-year imprisonment in Sunaria Jail here, has fallen ill, reported the sources on Saturday.
According to the sources, a team of five PGI doctors had reached the jail to examine his condition.
The doctors suggested admitting him to the hospital as soon as possible for proper treatment.

The informed sources claimed that a room has been booked in the PGI hospital here and the security of the rapist Baba has been beefed up.
The adjoining rooms have also been evacuated and police and paramilitary personnel have been deployed there.
It is worth mentioning that the rape convict is a diabetes and blood pressure patient and his treatment is underway inside the jail as well.
