Discussion on Sandeshkhali and Manipur in RSS meeting, Lok Sabha elections will also be considered

Elections for the post of Sir Karyavah will also be held in the three-day meeting.

Before the Lok Sabha elections 2024, in the meeting of the All India Pratinidhi Sabha of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh to be held in Nagpur from March 15, many burning issues including Lok Sabha elections 2024, atrocities against women in Sandeshkhali violence and the current situation in Manipur can be discussed.

Elections for the post of Sir Karyavah will also be held in the three-day meeting. It is the second highest post after Chief in Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. Dattatreya Hosabale is currently holding this post. He was elected for a three-year term in 2021. During the meeting, elections will also be held for the posts of 'Sanghchalak' (chief) and 'Sarkaryavah' (secretary) of the respective state units of the organisation. In the meeting, resolutions will be passed on important issues of the country.

The meeting will review all the work and service work done by the volunteers of the organization and its various branches. Also, the plan for 2024-25 will be discussed in detail. During this, there will be a discussion on the ‘migration’ of the Sangh chief and the volunteers of the organization for this year. At least 1500 volunteers and officials from 45 provinces are likely to attend the meeting.

The meeting will also discuss the implementation of a new 'Sangh Shiksha Varg' scheme for training of volunteers and plans to expand the work and areas of the organization. During this, preparations for the centenary year celebrations in 2025-26, marking the completion of 100 years of the establishment of the Sangh, will also be discussed.
