According to the information received, 3,82,315 new cases were found in the last 24 hours in the country and 3780 patients died. According to the data released by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the number of active cases in the country has now increased to 34,87,229.

4,00,96 active cases increased:

In the last 24 hours, 4,00,96 active cases increased. During this time period, 3,38,439 people were discharged, after which the total number of discharged patients has increased to 1,69,51,731. With this, the number of dead in the country has increased to 2,26,188. According to the information given by the ministry, at present the active cases in the country are 17.00%, discharge 81.91% and the cases of the dead are 1.10%.

With this, it was told that 14,84,989 people were vaccinated in the country on Tuesday, after which the total number of vaccinations increased to 16,04,94,188. At the same time, ICMR said that on Tuesday, 15,41,299 people were investigated.

Over 50k new cases in Maharashtra:

On Tuesday, 51,880 new cases of corona virus infection were reported in Maharashtra, with the number of infected people increased to 48,22,902. According to the Health Department, with the death of 891 patients of covid-19 in the same period, the death toll in the state rose to 71,742.

According to this, 65,934 patients were cured in the state on Tuesday, which was more than the number of new cases reported. A total of 41,07,092 people have been cured in Maharashtra so far.

According to the department, the infection-free rate in Maharashtra is 85.16 percent while the death rate is 1.49 percent. At the same time, 6,41,910 patients are under treatment in the state at present.
