Noida: As the CBSE class 12th results 2017 were announced on Sunday, Raksha Gopal, student of Amity International School's Noida Branch clinched 99.60 per cent and became the national topper with flying colours.

Bhumi Sawant De from DAV, Chandigarh is the second topper with 99.4 per cent while Aditya Jain from Bhawan Vidyalaya Chandigarh stood third with 99.2 per cent.

Iti Singh, a student of Delhi Public School's Indira Nagar branch became the Lucknow topper with 97.8 per cent marks. Second position, in the city, was held by Vivek Rai of Rani Laxmi Bai school who scored 97.6 per cent marks followed by Central Academy, Indira Nagar, student Ujala Pathak who cliched 97.4 per cent marks.

The CBSE all India pass percentage has dipped a bit this time to 82 per cent as against last year’s 83.05 per cent but girls overshadowed boys in 2017 results.

The CBSE class 12th results 2017 were declared on May 28 by the Central Board of Secondary Education over the its official website.

It may be mentioned that a total of 10,98,891 students appeared for the class 12th exams that was conducted from March 9 to April 29.

To check you results visit cbse.nic.in, results.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in or click here. Students will have to enter the correct credentials to fetch the CBSE Class XII result.
