Lucknow: The Bhartiya Janta Party which has much at stake in Uttar Pradesh in the forthcoming elections has decided to make sweeping changes at the grass-roots level to ensure a better result. A beginning has been already made. Heads of some important districts have been changed and some new faces included. Political pundits see in the new list of district presidents , released on Tuesday,state Bhartiya Janta Party president Keshav Prasad Maurya’s upperhand.
