Patna: After on a run for almost a month, the rape accused Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MLA Raj Ballabh Yadav surrendered in a court in Bihar Sharif on Thursday.
He was sent to a judicial custody of 14-days by the court. An arrest warrant was issued against him on February 14 last in connection with the alleged rape charge.
He was absconding since February 6 last.
Yadav won from the Nawada seat in Bihar assembly elections of 2015.
