The market for wearables has grown rapidly and smart glasses were also launched by several companies this year. Huawei has also joined the list before the end of 2021 and the company has launched new smart glasses. Three frame types of Huawei smart glasses

The new product has been named 'Huawei Smart Glass' by the company and can be connected to two devices simultaneously. The company has launched the device in three frame times, dubbed classic, stylish pilot, and retro round. In terms of design, new glasses give a perfectly clean and classic feel. Huawei has also kept them underweight to make them easier to wear.

In these glasses, Huawei has given square 128mm 'ultra-thin large-amplitude stereo speakers. These will help in doing things like music streaming and hands-free calling. The glasses have an inverse sound field acoustic system to ensure that the sound does not come out while listening to music. This system also helps in preventing external noise and does not hear noise during calls.

Switch between two devices

This smart eyewear with harmony OS can be connected to two devices simultaneously. Only one key setting will allow users to switch between these connected devices. With the touch controls available, users can easily do things like receiving phone calls, playing or pause music, and switching audio lanes. The user will also get real-time notifications related to connected devices on these glasses.

Many health features are also part of Huawei Glasses

Chinese Tech company has also offered cervical spine health function in its smart glasses. With this, the user will be warned in case of wrong position and damage to the spine. These wearables will also give users warnings about other health-related problems. So far, no company has included health features in its eyewear and other brands can do the same after Huawei.

Glasses to be purchased in two variants

Huawei smart glasses can be purchased in two variants in China. The first clear lens is priced at 1,699 yuan (about Rs 20,120) and the second dark lenses at 1,899 yuan (about Rs 22,500). The company has said that these glasses can provide 16 hours of backup, 4.5 hours of talk time, and six hours of music playback when fully charged. Glasses with magnetic charging systems come with IPX 4 ratings.

Smart eyewear spree intensifies

Companies like Snap, Xiaomi, Oppo, and Facebook have also brought their smart glasses before Huawei. Recently Oppo and Xiaomi in September have launched 'Xiaomi Smart Glasses' as their first smart eye wearable device. Earlier, Facebook has also brought smart glasses earlier in partnership with ray-ban parent Essilor Luxottica. Companies like Google and Apple have also been working on such smart eyewear for a long time.
