Three-way Diwali clash averted as Akshay Kumar's '2.0' release postponed

 

Mumbai: The biggest three-way clash of superstars at the Bollywood Box Office has been averted with Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer '2.0' moving ahead to Republic Day release in 2018.

Earlier, it was a clash of Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn as three were coming with flicks- 'Secret Superstar', '2.0' and 'Golmaal Again' respectively.

Now, it will be a Box Office battle between Aamir and Ajay.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to micro-blogging site Twitter to confirm the same.

Other Highlights:

  • Helmed by Rohit Shetty, 'Golmaal Again' also stars Parineeti Chopra, Arshad Warsi, Tushar Kapoor, Tabu, Prakash Raj, Shreyas Talpade, Kunal Khemu and Neil Nitin Mukesh.
  • 'Secret Superstar' is directed by Advait Chandan and is made under Aamir Khan Productions.
  • Directed by S.Shankar, '2.0' will hit the theatres on January 25, 2017. Khiladi Kumar is playing a baddie in the much awaited flick.
