Cold makes entry in Delhi-NCR, north India, rain yellow alert in Tamil Nadu

The Meteorological Department predicts that other parts of Haryana may see an entry of frost after November 8.

Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Punjab are experiencing light frost in the morning-evening. It is expected that the cold may increase in the hill states from this week. Cold weather is expected in the hilly areas of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh from this week.

Heavy rains are expected in 19 districts of Tamil Nadu for the next two days. The weather department has issued a yellow alert for these districts.
