India Pakistan Conflict Full Report

India–Pakistan Conflict: No matter how aggressive propaganda may be, the truth eventually comes out. In 2025, Pakistan spent the entire year trying to construct a narrative of a “fake victory” against India regarding ‘Operation Sindoor’, but as 2026 began, official documents that surfaced in the United States completely exposed the reality. The latest filings submitted under the US Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) have revealed a shocking truth: to escape potential Indian military pressure and strikes, Pakistan contacted the Trump administration more than 100 times.

After these documents came to light, Donald Trump’s repeated claims of having “mediated” between India and Pakistan have also come under serious scrutiny. The documentary evidence clearly shows that it was not India, but Pakistan, that was repeatedly knocking on America’s doors.

What Did the FARA Documents Reveal?

A reputed US law firm, Squire Patton Boggs, has made its FARA filings public. According to a detailed log list included in these documents, during ‘Operation Sindoor’, Pakistani diplomats and defence officials attempted to contact US officials more than 100 times through emails, phone calls, and meetings.

Not only this, Pakistan also sought face-to-face meetings with American intermediaries, lobbying firms, and even US media outlets, in an effort to strengthen its narrative against India and exert pressure on Washington.

Why Was Pakistan Panicking After ‘Operation Sindoor’?

The documents also make it clear that Pakistan’s anxiety did not subside even after the ceasefire announcement on 10 May 2025. When India made it clear that the ceasefire was temporary and that ‘Operation Sindoor’ would continue, panic within Pakistan intensified further.

According to the FARA filings, during this phase as well, Pakistani officials repeatedly pleaded with the US to pressure India and somehow halt its military actions. This clearly indicates that Pakistan feared that if the conflict escalated, Indian strikes could cause severe damage to its military capabilities.

Who Asked for Mediation: Pakistan or India?

Pakistan has long claimed that India accepted third-party mediation, but the FARA documents completely debunk this claim. The filings clearly state that Pakistan openly requested the US to end ‘Operation Sindoor’, initiate talks with India, and act as a mediator between the two countries.

The documents explicitly note that Pakistan “welcomed” the American role and acknowledged that a third party could help India and Pakistan reach “credible agreements.” This makes it abundantly clear that the initiative for mediation came not from India, but from Pakistan.

Pahalgam Terror Attack and Proposal for Investigation

The FARA documents also clearly mention the terrorist attack that took place in Pahalgam on 22 April 2025. Pakistan demanded an “independent and impartial investigation” into the attack and expressed its willingness to accept an American role in the process. Along with this, Pakistan showed interest in holding talks with India on the Indus Waters Treaty, terrorism, and other disputed issues. However, India has already made it clear that terrorism and dialogue cannot go hand in hand.

What Incentives Did Pakistan Offer the US?

The most shocking revelation is that in exchange for stopping a war with India, Pakistan offered the US several “strategic and economic benefits.”

According to the documents:

• Pakistan proposed increased investment opportunities in the US,

• Special access,

• And access to critical minerals.

Additionally, Pakistan promised greater purchases from the US in the energy and agricultural sectors. Clear signals were sent on behalf of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Army Chief Asim Munir that Pakistan was ready to give its bilateral relationship with the US a “fresh start.”

Double Standards on Terrorism

In the documents, Pakistan also claimed that it had arrested an ISIS terrorist involved in the Kabul Abbey Gate bombing and handed him over to the US, presenting this as proof of its commitment to counterterrorism.

However, the same documents also recall that the 2025 US DNI Annual Threat Assessment identified the “Pakistani Taliban” as a potential major threat to the US. This contradiction exposes Pakistan’s double-faced stance on terrorism.

Why Did Trump’s Claim Weaken?

Donald Trump repeatedly claimed on public platforms that he had mediated between India and Pakistan. But the truth revealed by the FARA documents shows that the proposals and “deals” Trump referred to were actually offers made by Pakistan—out of fear of India. Following these revelations, Trump’s mediation claim appears to have largely fallen flat.

The FARA documents have made it clear just how weak Pakistan’s position had become during ‘Operation Sindoor’. India’s military pressure had frightened Pakistan to such an extent that it was forced to repeatedly beg the US for help. The same Pakistan that kept portraying itself as a “victor” against India is now seen in official documents as panicked, vulnerable, and pleading for assistance. These disclosures have not only punctured Pakistan’s propaganda but have once again demonstrated India’s strategic superiority.
