PAN card correction latest form 2026: From April 1 users must use THESE forms; check direct link
PAN holders are required to fill new Forms for Changes or Correction in PAN Data from 1 April 2026.
How to Apply PAN Card
The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT ) has notified latest forms for Request For Changes or Correction in PAN Data in both Individual cases and non-Individual cases.
The latest CBDT order is applicable with effect from 1 April 2026.
CBDT order wrote, "ln exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 158( I 2) of the Income-tax Rules, 2026, the Director General of Income-tax (Systems), specifies the following Application Forms in respect of correction of PAN along with related procedure and guidelines,
The latest guidelines as under: -
a) PAN holders are required to fill the following Forms for Changes or Correction in PAN Data
1. PAN CR-0 I: Request For Changes or Correction in PAN Data [For an Individual]
11. PAN CR-02: Request For Changes or Correction in PAN Data [For Non-Individual]
b) The PDF format of the Forms for Changes or Correction in PAN Data, along with the related guidelines.
The Forms can be submitted physically in the PAN Centres of Mis UTUTSL/ Mis Protean eGov or on line through their websites.

The CBDT latest order for specifying Forms and procedures in relation to furnishing Application for PAN Correction has been issued under rule 158(12) of Income -tax Rules, 2026 read with Section 262( 4) of Income-tax Act, 2025.
