• ICICI Bank has announced changes to cash transaction charges effective 1 July 2025. Under the new rules, if a customer deposits or withdraws cash exceeding ₹1,00,000, they will be charged either ₹150 or ₹3.50 per ₹1,000 (whichever is higher).

• The bank has set a single cash deposit limit of ₹25,000.

• The first three cash withdrawal transactions in a month will be free; from the fourth transaction onwards, each withdrawal will attract a charge of ₹150.

• If cash is withdrawn by someone other than the account holder, the transaction amount must not exceed ₹25,000.
