New Delhi: World Health Organization (WHO) Europe Director Hans Kluge has given relief information regarding the corona pandemic. Kluge has said that the Omicron variant of Corona has moved the pandemic to a new phase in European countries and it may end. However, this may have to wait a bit. He said that it is commendable that the region is moving towards the end of a kind of pandemic.

Immunity will develop rapidly after the end of Omicron infection:

In an interview with the AFP news agency, Hans Kluge said Omicron could infect 60 percent of Europeans by March. He said that once the current surge of Omicron subsides across Europe, then within a few weeks and months, global immunity will develop that can end the corona pandemic as soon as possible.

He said that immunity is also developing because of the vaccine. If immunity is developed in both the cases then the epidemic is sure to end. He said that I am sure that the end of this epidemic in Europe is certain, even if it has to wait for some time.

At the same time, America's top scientist Anthony Fauci also expressed a similar possibility on Sunday. He told in an interview with the ABC News talk show This Week that parts of the United States have seen a very rapid reduction in corona cases which is a good sign. However, cautioning against overconfidence, he said that if the number of cases continues to decline in areas like the Northeast of the US recently, I am sure you will start seeing changes across the country.
