They do not want women to go out of the house alone and work. Anchor Shabnam Dawran, who works in a TV channel in Afghanistan, has said that the Taliban have threatened her to stay in the house.
This video of Shabnam Dawran has gone viral. In this video, she is sitting wearing a hijab. Showing the ID card of her office, she said that the Taliban did not allow her to enter her office. She also said that her life is in danger since the Taliban captured Kabul.
Shabnam, who has worked for the last six years for RTA Pushto channel, said, 'I wanted to return to work, but unfortunately, they did not let me work. He told me that the system has changed and you cannot work. He further said, 'You are a woman, go home.'
They say 'Stay at home':
In the video, Shabnam said that after changing the system, she did not give up and went to work. But despite showing the office card, she was not allowed. Dawran said that male employees were given entry after showing the office card. But she was told that she could not continue because the system had been changed. Better stay at home.
Shabnam appealed to the audience and said, 'Those who are listening to me, if the world listens to me, please help us because our lives are in danger.'
