Syrian troops claim to find mass grave in Palmyra
Palmyra: The Syrian troops have claimed to find a mass grave containing about 40 bodies in Palmyra.
The city was recaptured from the terror outfit Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). The grave containing the bodies of men, women and children was unearthed in the north eastern part of the city.
The bodies have been transferred to a military hospital in the provincial capital Homs for identification.
The terror outfit has reportedly executed more than 240 people and have caused damaged to the world-renowned antiquities site.
