Suicide bomb explosion kills 16 people in central Baghdad

Baghdad: Over 16 people were killed in a suicide bomb explosion in the upbeat market in central Baghdad on Saturday, reports said.

The bomb exploded near a restaurant in Karadah neighbourhood of central Baghdad, which was one of the most crowded places owing to preparations of Eid-Al-Fitra.

• The bomb exploded at around 1745 hours killing 16 people.
• Terror outfit ISIS has claimed the responsibility for the blast.
