Somali Army gunned down ten Al-Shabaab terrorists

Mogadishu: The Somali Army gunned down ten Al-Shabaab terrorists while exchanging fire in Goof-Gaduud area near southwestern town of Baidoa town. Several terrorists were left injured in a gunfight.

General Ibraham Yarow said army recovered weapons from the site. As per the reports, five government soldiers lost their lives in the attack.

What else General Ibraham Yarow said?

• Al-Shabaab terrorists attacked our base here on Thursday.
• Then heavy fighting broke out and we repelled them.
• We killed 10 Al-Shabaab fighters and wounded several others.
• We lost some soldiers and the situation is calm at the moment.
