Mumbai: Apart from humans, animals are also suffering from the corona virus. In such a situation, Russia has now made the world's first vaccine against the corona virus for animals. The name of this new vaccine made for animals is Carnivac-Cov. Roselkhonajor, the organization that monitors the country's agricultural affairs, has given this information on Wednesday.

Corona Vaccine for animals:

Let us know that Russia already has three corona virus vaccines available to humans, of which the most popular vaccine is Sputnik V. Moscow has also given emergency approval to two other vaccines, Epivac corona and covivac.

The organization said that the Corona Vaccine for Animals, Carnivac-Cov, has been developed by a unit of Roselkhonajor. Roselkhonajor Deputy Chief Konstantin Savenkov said the clinical trial of the vaccine began in October last year. This included dogs, cats, arctic foxes, minks, foxes, and other animals.

The results of the trial revealed that the vaccine was harmless to animals and highly immune. Antibodies to the corona virus developed in all animals that were vaccinated. Immunization lasts six months after vaccination. Large-scale production of the vaccine may begin in early April.
