Russia could use nuclear weapons in face of 'Existential Threat'

Russia Ukraine War: Russia has made it clear that if necessary, it will not back down from carrying out a nuclear attack on Ukraine. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has told media that if there is any kind of threat to Russia, then they can also use nuclear weapons.
