Nawaz Sharif discharged from hospital after surgery in London

London: Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif was discharged from hospital on Tuesday, days after successfully undergoing an open-heart surgery in the British capital.

“He is apparently healthy and in good spirits with his family by his side,” said a source close to the family.

The 66-year-old Pakistan Muslim League–Nawaz (PML–N) leader had gone to London for a routine medical check-up on May 22. Thereafter, he was diagnosed with a heart complication by doctors who then suggested him a surgery.

The Pakistan PM moved to his house in Park Lane locality of the city after undergoing a successful heart surgery.

Sharif's daughter Maryam Nawaz took to micro blogging site Twitter to inform about this:
