New Delhi: A top North Korean official has warned America. He said do not misinterpret North Korea's signals. He insisted that the US was misinterpreting North Korea's signals. He warned America that if it is dreaming of talks, then it will be disappointed.

This comment from North Korea comes at a time when a US envoy has given his positive response to talks with Kim Jong Un in the South Korean capital Seoul.

North Korea targets US:

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un's sister has ruled out talks with the US. Kim Jong's sister Kim Yo Jong is in a powerful role in power. Kim Yo Jong has lashed out at US National Security Adviser Jack Sullivan's statement that he is dreaming of talks by interpreting Kim Jong's statement in his own way.

She also used a Korean idiom to mock Sullivan's statement. Kim Yo said that the US will be disappointed if the North Korea chief's statement is interpreted in its own way. Kim Yo is the deputy director of the Publicity and Information Department of the Workers' Party of North Korea.
