Islamic State claims responsibility for Egypt bus attack

Cairo: The Islamic State militant group, on Saturday, claimed responsibility for an attack on a bus carrying Coptic Christians in Egypt, on Friday, that left 29 persons dead.

According to reports, the IS said its fighters, ten armed men in four cars, carried out the shooting near al-Adwa city that also injured over 20 others.

The attack took place when the worshippers were travelling to the monastery of Saint Samuel.
