Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg replies on the trending feature

Washington: Facebook CEO and Founder Mark Zuckerberg has replied to media coverage as well as a letter from US Senator John Thune, the South Dakota Republican who heads the Commerce Committee, requesting information that who from the company made the decision on stories that appear in the trending feature.

Facebook CEO said," the social network was conducting a full investigation to ensure our teams upheld the integrity of the trending news product.

In a post on his Facebook page, the Facebook CEO said that they have found no evidence yet about this report.

“If we find anything against our principles, you have my commitment that we will take additional steps to address it.”said Zukerberg.
