New Delhi: Research is still going on around the world on the coronavirus vaccine for children. It is expected that vaccines administered to adults will also have a positive effect on children. For this, trials are being done from America to India. However, meanwhile, Cuba has become the first country in the world to start giving the vaccine to children above the age of two.

Vaccine for kids:

The shocking thing is that children in this communist country have not been given a vaccine that has been approved by the World Health Organization (WHO), but a vaccine prepared in the country itself. In this Caribbean country with a population of about 112 million, the government wants to give vaccines to all children before the school opens. In fact, due to the absence of the Internet in most places in Cuba, children are currently being forced to read through television programs. In such a situation, the government wants to complete the vaccination of children as soon as possible.

Vaccination in Cuba:

It is reported that the two vaccines that Cuba has approved for children are named - Abdala and Soberana. Cuba has started this vaccination program from Friday itself. In this, vaccines were first given to children of 12 years and above. After this, from Monday, children of 2-11 years were also started vaccinating.

Let us tell you that some other countries have also started giving vaccine to children. However, in these countries only children above the age of 12 are being vaccinated. In addition, China, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Venezuela, may start vaccinating young children in the next few days. But Cuba has won it. Chile on Monday also approved the introduction of China's Sinovac vaccine for children aged 6 to 12 years.
