In December last year, this rate was 197.6 percent. In the last 24 hours, infection has been confirmed in 15,513 people while 33 patients have died. The reason for the increasing rate of infection is believed to be the slow pace of vaccination. agency

Its purpose is to provide hospital beds to the infected on time, so that the risk of death can be reduced. Bavaria's State Premier Markus Soeder has said that preparations have to be made considering the rapid pace of the epidemic as a future threat.

Preparations for the next wave:

Christian Karagiandis, scientific director of Germany's Divi Association for Intensive and Emergency Medicine, says that the rate of infection may increase in the next few weeks. All political parties are taking the initiative to unite to fight the fourth wave of the pandemic. Apart from this, preparations are on to expand the facility of free testing so that the infection can be prevented from becoming uncontrollable.
