Buddhist monk attacked in United States

Washington: A Buddhist monk was mistaken as a Muslim and assaulted by a white man, as per Hood River Police Department.

Kozen Sampson, the 66-year-old monk was attacked during avisit to Hood river in Oregon state.

The door of Sampson’s car was kicked into his head by a man who then fled away.

The incident took place on February 29.
