Twin explosion rocks Hua Hin of Thailand, one killed
New Delhi: A woman was killed and as many as 19 people including foreign tourists were injured in two bomb explosions at the seaside Thai resort of Hua Hin on Thursday.
The bombs were hidden in plant pots and were detonated by mobile phones within half an hour of each other, police said.
The woman who died in the bomb blast was running an eatery near the resort, local media reported.
Injured include five foreign tourists.
Hua Hin, an upmarket coastal resort on the Gulf of Thailand, is popular with foreign and Thai visitors.
