New Delhi: A big news is coming that Ukrainian plane has been hijacked in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. This plane had reached Afghanistan to evacuate Ukrainian citizens. Ukraine's Deputy Foreign Minister Yevgeny Yenin gave this information on Tuesday. At the same time, Russian media claims that this plane is being taken towards Iran after the hijack.

According to the news of the Russian news agency Tash, Ukraine's Deputy Foreign Minister Yevgeny Yenin said, 'Our plane was hijacked by some people on Sunday. The hijackers were armed. On Tuesday, this plane was disappeared from us. Instead of airlifting the Ukrainians, some people on the plane took it to Iran. Our other three airlift attempts were not successful as our men could not reach the airport.

However, the minister did not provide details about what happened to the plane or whether Kiev would try to bring the plane back. Yenin only underlined that the entire diplomatic service under the leadership of Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba has been working throughout the week.

According to the news of the Russian news agency Tash, on Sunday, a military plane carrying 83 people, including 31 Ukrainian nationals, reached Ukraine's capital Kiev from Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. The Ukrainian President's Office said that 12 Ukrainian military personnel have been repatriated through this plane. Apart from this, foreign journalists and some people seeking help have also been evicted.

Ukraine's presidential office also said that there are about 100 Ukrainian citizens who are still waiting to be expelled from Afghanistan.
