Lucknow: To end the terror, the Uttar Pradesh government has taken a major decision on the Indo-Nepal border. In order to completely stop anti-national, terrorist activities and many illegal activities along the border, the Uttar Pradesh government has decided to open an Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) police station at Rupidah border in Bahraich.

Plan to open ATS Police Station near UP Nepal border:

On this, Bahraich Additional Superintendent of Police (Rural) Ashok Kumar said on Monday that the District Police, Revenue Department and ATS have identified some locations. Together for the construction of the ATS police station in the border Roop Ediha police station area.

For stopping Terrorist activities:

For controlling the terrorist activities along the Indo-Nepal border. The Additional Superintendent of Police said that in the past, the Inspector General of Police of the ATS, GK Goswami, visited the border to open a police station at one of these places marked near Babaganj on National Highway No. 927.

Now it received approval. In such a situation, action will be taken for the acquisition of the identified site after approval from the government.

Explain, the security of the 551-km-long border with Nepal of Uttar Pradesh is under the Central Paramilitary Force (SSB). In such a situation, there is also the deployment of all the security and intelligence agencies of the central and state government on the border.

Along with this, Pakistani intelligence agency ISI has been infiltrating terrorists and spies along with sending drugs and weapons to India via Nepal. The government has taken important steps to stop it.
