Weather to change in East Uttar Pradesh, heavy rains to lash these parts

Lucknow: After a relief from the bone chilling conditions in Uttar Pradesh since the last two days, rains lashed several parts of the state on Wednesday morning gradually decreasing the temperature.

The weather is expected to change as there are chances of heavy raing accompanied by thunder. On Tuesday, the maximum temperature was 22 and the minimum temperature was 11.4 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature has been considered normal, but the minimum is three degrees Celsius above normal.

On Monday, the maximum temperature was 22.4 and the minimum temperature was 10.6 degrees Celsius.

According to experts, trough developed over the plains of Ganga due to the seasonal fluctuation in North India. Due to this effect, there is a possibility of thunderstorms in eastern Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand.

According to experts, rains will start in the eastern parts of Uttar Pradesh with thunder from noon on Wednesday. Gradually it will also affect Bihar and Jharkhand. According to the meteorological forecast, the rain will last for two days soon after which the temperature will fall again. Outbreak of fog will increase.

Chances of heavy rains in West UP

There is possibility of heavy rain in the entire West UP including Meerut in the next 24 hours. In some areas including Meerut, Saharanpur, Muzaffarnagar and Bijnor, hailstorm may also occur along with heavy rains. The weather is expected to go back to normal from January 9, but the cold wave is expected to return on the plains. There is a possibility of big drop in day and night temperatures.
