Lucknow: The Special Court has issued a bail warrant against former Union Steel Minister, Beni Prasad Verma in the trial for the provoking speech during the election meeting.

The next hearing of the case is scheduled on February 22, 2019. This order has been given by Special Judge Pawan Kumar Tiwari, after hearing to ADGC Rajesh Gupta.

The incident date backs to May 4, 2014 election meeting, when former Union Steel Minister Beni Prasad Verma, allegedly gave a provocative speech about Prime Minister Narendra Modi and RSS, in Balrampur district.
