PM Modi to launch several schemes in Varanasi rally on Dec 22

Varanasi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a rally in his Lok Sabha constituency Varanasi on Thursday in which he is likely to make many announcements.

PM Modi is coming with several welfare schemes for the people of Varanasi. Pawan Hans Yojna is one of the major schemes under which tourists would be able to visit prime tourist destinations of the city via helicopters.

PM Modi will also launch Trade Facility Centre and Craft Museum. Interestingly, Prime Minister will be seen interacting with Bharatiya Janata Party’s booth level workers. Heavy security arrangements have been put in place for smooth conduct of the rally.

This will be for the first time in the history of Indian politics that Prime Minister of India, apart from interacting with workers of his parliamentary constituency, will also have lunch with them. About 36,078 booth workers are likely to come in the rally.

Other schemes to be launched by PM Modi:

  • PM Modi will lay the foundation stone of Mahamana Madan Mohan Malaviya Cancer Centre and BHU’s Super Specialty Hospital.
  • PM Modi will also launch Cabling and Heritage Lighting under one of his dream projects of Integrated Power Development Scheme (IPDS).
  • He will lay the foundation stone of BRS Health and Research Institute.
