Expressed concern over the development of Uttar Pradesh

Expressing concern over the poverty and backwardness of Uttar Pradesh, Modi said, he would not leave any stone unturned to develop this state in the given time.

“Uttar Pradesh has given the maximum numbers of Prime Minister to this nation, then what is the reason that poverty has increased to such an extent,” he asked.

  • No rail lines in Mau and Tadighat even after 50 years of independence.
  • 1529 villages of UP did not have electricity supply before I took over.
  • The government is working to provide electricity in 3 villages in a day.
  • Electricity has been supplied to 1326 villages after the formation of my government.
  • Uttar Pradesh is my ‘karm bhoomi’.

Scheme been made for vote banks:

  • It is very easy to comment while sitting in cosy air-conditioned office in New Delhi.
  • Sounding the bugle is the work of voters.

  • Minimum salary increased to Rs 21,000 to Rs 10,000.
